Begin your journey into Reiki with a welcoming and experiential Level 1 training led by Reiki Master Andrea Bertoia.

Reiki Level 1 offers an introduction to Reiki and energy awareness, with space to learn, experience, ask questions, and begin developing your own personal practice.

Throughout the training, you’ll explore the foundations of Reiki, learn how to work with Reiki for yourself and others, and experience guided practice in a supportive and grounded environment.

No previous Reiki experience is required. Whether you’re completely new to energy work, have experienced Reiki as a client, or simply feel curious and drawn to learning more, you’re welcome.

This training is designed to give you a foundation you can continue exploring long after the weekend is over.
